1224 Project is a London-based guitar-bass-drums trio that writes and performs electrifying, groove-fuelled contemporary jazz.

Long-standing collaborators Dylan Kay, David Bouet and Leslee Booth have played together in various projects over the years, forming 1224 Project in 2008 as a vehicle for our original compositions.

Our music is carefully crafted in regular rehearsals and features odd meters, occasional slide guitar and effects, 6-string bass and death- defying drumming.
