Alex Lacy

Alex Lacy is a "natural" musician. His approach to the instrument, any instrument, is intuitive, natural. Both an accomplished blues guitarist and jazz saxophonist, Lacy is one of the top young saxophonists in the state of Florida, and the best rising alto saxophonist in Southeast Florida hands-down. Alex has been a featured member of the Palm Beach County All-District Jazz Band, a part of the best high school level big band saxophone line in the nation with the A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts' Jazz Ensemble I, and the lead saxophonist for the hot new teen jazz group Jazz in Six. He was tapped for a Maestro Award for best jazz solo at the Orlando Heritage Festival in 2013.
