An NEA Jazz Master, 16-time Grammy winner, prolific composer and undisputed keyboard virtuoso, Chick Corea has attained living legend status after four decades of unparalleled creativity and an artistic output that is simply staggering.

In 2010, Chick entered the DownBeat Magazine Hall of Fame and was named Artist of the Year in the annual Readers' Poll.

December 2010:

Chick tours Japan with his new trio featuring bassist Christian McBride and drummer Brian Blade (who played on some U.S. tour dates in 2009 with the Five Peace Band, replacing drummer Vinnie Colaiuta)

January 2011

Chick kicks off the new year with a gala performance of his compositions with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra led by trumpeter and artistic director Wynton Marsalis.
