Le Tricycle

Un guidon, trois roues, le Tricycle s'élance sur les routes du jazz et des musiques improvisées. Ces trois musiciens, ont dans leurs sacoches un bagage musical allant du classique au rock expérimental, et dans les pattes l'envie de jouer et de voyager au fil d'improvisations ou de leurs compositions personnelles. Ils puisent librement dans diverses approches musicales avec la volonté de réunir leurs trois identités sur la même selle, et de créer ainsi un ensemble authentique et original. Une intention toute particulière est portée à la réexploration personnelle et débridée de l'harmonie et de la mélodie, le tout ponctué par un trilogue free, soutenu par une section rythmique sauvage et élégante.

French pianist Jean-Rene Mourot and associates kindle an invigorating forum on this 32-minute length production.
