The Los Angeles-based, all-female group Jazz in Pink once again will be the featured musical entertainment for Community Women Against Hardship's annual benefit gala, which is set for 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 21 at the Sheldon Concert Hall. Jazz in Pink's core members include pianist Gail Jhonson, longtime music director for guitarist Norman Brown; violinist Karen Briggs (pictured), who played for 13 years with new age/easy listening composer Yanni; flutist Althea Rene; and harpist Mariea Antoinette.
