Marla Barina
American Jazz and Brazilian forms of jazz; such as Bossa Nova were my favorites. I also loved the music of Scott Joplin. By the time I was a teenager, I had fallen in love with and a had become proficient at playing Pop/Theater Organ.
Singing in choirs, both at school and church, has always been a part of my life. I sang with the Fort Worth Symphony Oratorio Chorus for 13 years.
Currently, I live in Bella Vista. I play piano/keyboard as part of a Latin/Jazz Duo called "CongaKeyz". I own a studio called "Marla's Music", in Bella Vista, where I teach Piano, Keyboard, Organ and Vocal Instruction.
