Grant Langford
Grant recieved his Bachelor's Degree from the New England Conservatory of Music and his teachers have included Jerry Bergonzi, George Garzone, Charlie Banacas, Danilo Perez, George Russell, Fred Haas, and Allan Chase. He has been playing Saxophone since the age of 12. Mr. Langfords most recent recording is with The Brooklyn Soul Organization entitled The Victims of The Ruthless. This is a collaborative project with Grammy nominated saxophonist Bradford Leali, veteran Organist Radam Schwartz, and the up-and-coming Jerome Jennings on Drums. This features two compositions by Langford. This record is due to be released Spring 2004. Langford describes his latest project,
"This is a very creative group that plays a lot of new music but stresses the groove, soul and uplifting listeners and each other."
