Tamm E Hunt

TAMM E HUNT is a very talented performer who has a potentially colorful future full of important accomplishments. She's one to definitely watch... Scott Yanow

Tamm E. displays a vocal texture and style that only arrives with years of due diligence in preparation along with some serious natural talent. Connect this to the extraordinary musicianship of jazz giants like Gary Bartz and Eric Reed; mix in some classic jazz favorites and do it live at Birdland.

Tamm E.'s improvisational vocal skills are noteworthy on every tune and outstanding on Blue Skies, God Bless the Child, and Summertime. Although she clearly has her own unique style and voice, one can unquestionably hear overtones of Little Jimmy Scott and maybe a combo of Nancy Wilson and Sassy at times. She sounds like Tamm E.; and that's a good thing.
