Willing to teach:
Intermediate to advanced students
After years of experience as a guitar teacher, I have developed a broad range of strategies for teaching students of all ages and ability levels, from beginners to conservatory preparation. Lessons are individually tailored to meet your needs and can cover an array of topics including: repetoire, songwriting, music theory, and various styles of music (from classical, country, reggae, funk, punk, alternative, indie, blues, rock, jazz all the way to hip-hop!). The Lessons will cover left and right hand techniques, improvisation, sound production, performance skills, musicianship, ear-training. I am teaching at the British School in Voorschoten but also at home in the center of The Hague. The student can choose the length of the lesson: 30 or 60 min. lessons and 2 or 4 lessons pr. month. Although my education is jazz and classical guitar I have experience (and enjoy) teaching other styles of music such as various forms of rock and blues.
