Scott Gilliam

I have been playing for twenty years and have been teaching full time for the last six years. My studies have taken me to the Hartford Conservatory and Western Connecticut State University as a jazz performance major. I have studied privately with Joe Beck,Chris Morrison and Dave Dana. I also studied under guitarist/composer Jamie Begian at West Conn. In addition I have been fortunate to have attended master classes with Robben Ford and Pat Martino. I am patient and thorough as a teacher and welcome all levels of players. I currently teach at The Music Shop in Southington Connecticut and Macri School of Music in Plainville Connecticut.
