“The intelligence, which is most critical and most meaningful to my being really vibrant and alive is captured by remembering the genius of who I am. As beings with unique nervous systems, we are powerful expressions of energy manifesting through our amazing bodies as quantum biological processors. That makes each one of us brilliant and sacred. My reverence for all life is held in that knowing. I engage that reverence through my willingness to live authentically, to align with myself, to remain congruent, and to give myself the time that I need and want. As I cause that in me, then I invite others to live their own truth as it is for them.”
