When the worlds of Hip-hop and Jazz collide, you get Carlos Redman, a musician with strong chops and limitless groove. This Detroit native has grown into one of the most prolific experimental trumpeters of the modern world. Blending a sultry combination of Jazz, Hiphop, R&B, Rock and Classical genres, he continues to defy boundaries as he is often drawn in comparison to another Detroiter, Donald Byrd.
