...questo e' un cd compatto. E ascoltarlo e' un vero piacere per le orecchie. Thanks for the Riff, Giuseppe Piacentino, Musica Jazz, Italy 9/ 2011
..He makes the most out of the versatility of the piano.
His jazz harmony and improvised runs work together perfectly.
Ascoltabile Piano & Atmospheres is a must listen for jazz fans.. Richard Henry, WorldWide Jazz- January 2011
..Tamburrino occupies the same rhythmic sensibility as Monk; playing alone, he moves around the piano with just those pensive, eccentric footsteps, clatters,
trips.. Jay Deshpande, All About Jazz-
..Tamburrino's Monkery shine broadly in unreconstructed rag and stride motifs and genial, spiky liricism..
Fred Bouchard, All About Jazz NY-July 2009
“.. In trio, Tamburrino miscela le raffinatezze armoniche di Bill Evans con le asperità di T. Monk ottenendo un risultato interessante grazie anche all’ottimo interplay con la ritmica americana e alla completa padronanza degli ottantotto tasti.. Vincenzo Roggero, All About Jazz Italia-May 2008
The result is a well-crafted album, featuring some excellent playing from pianist Norberto Tamburrino and the other musicians..” Bruce Lindsay, All About Jazz August '09
