Jeremy Yaddaw

eremy is a drummer, percussionist and composer originally from New York's Capital Region. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY and has studied percussion with Dr. Robert Hansbrough and drum set with Matthew Cremisio. He has also completed 27 credits toward a Master of Music degree in Music Education from the State University of New York in Fredonia.

Jeremy recently relocated to Forest Hills, NY with his wife, Jenny, and dog, Maya. He remains active as a performer with many local jazz musicians, teaches a private percussion studio and has specialized in playing in pit orchestras for local and regional groups. Jeremy has played with The Rusty Doves, The New Trio, Al Nathan and Blue Streak, The Erica Seguine Big Band, Julie Falatico, and Charley Francis. He has also performed shows for The Utica Players, Hamilton College, Guilderland High School, Proctors Theater, Rome Capitol Theater, The Glove Theater, The Actors Company, Ilion High School, Mohawk High School, Herkimer High School, Berne Knox High School, Northville High School and many others. Jeremy has composed for various mediums. In addition to working as a drummer, he is also available for copyist, arranging, composing, and recording services.

Jeremy also created and maintained www.uticajazz.com, a website that provides resources and networking opportunities for jazz musicians, venues, and fans in the Utica/Rome, NY areas.
