Oktawia is a professionalist in every respect- as a vocalist, flute player, arranger and even as a dancer. She is a child of the stage! Although we’ve known her from the philharmonic where she has played with the key young Polish jazz musicians for three years, her musical fantasies are only beginning to flourish. Soon her debut album will come out, where she presents in her own way all the nostalgia to our classical music from the romanticism period, as well as jazz, movie tracks and music from TV. She reaches to finest songs performed previously by “The Older Man Band,” Jeremy Przybora and Jerzy Wasowski’s cabaret from Poland, as well as the forgotten Bronislaw Kapper, an Oscar Award winner from Hollywood and Broadway(...)
