Jason Berman is a New York based jazz guitarist and composer. With the release of his debut album “Mountain of Moonlight” he has established a sound that is uniquely his own. He has studied with many great musicians such as Fareed Haque and Dave Stryker, but the influence that is most prevalent in his music is that of Vic Juris, with whom Jason has studied with for two years. Jason earned his undergraduate degree in music from Southern Illinois University and is currently earning his Masters of Music in Jazz Performance from Five Towns College in Long Island, New York.
