Bobby DeLisle

Allen Park, Michigan native Bobby DeLisle is an outstanding young bassist who is pursuing a music degree from Wayne State University. Bobby is the son of a professional drummer and is a student of veteran jazz bassist, Dan Pliskow, and Detroit Symphony bassist Maxim Janowsky. Bobby has written several charts which have been well received by the group and our audiences. Because of his fondness of reading and his love of jazz, Bobby has earned the title of "Jazz Historian" of the group. Our group Lights Out has performed at Baker's Keyboard Lounge, Cliff Bell's, The Music Hall Jazz Cafe, and The Michigan Jazz Festival.
