Born: January 2, 1975    Primary Instrument: Trumpet

Australian trumpeter and composer Andy Fiddes has been exciting audiences with his blend of Contemporary Jazz and “quirky” stage presence since making a mark on the Sydney jazz scene with the little big band FIDDAESTHETIC. Since then his two groups SURVIVAL OF THE FIDDES and LIVEWIRE have burnt up stages with their firey intesity and commitment to engage the audience. Andy musical goal is to “maintain artistic integrity whilst engaging and including the crowd as part of the performance, rather than having them as mere spectators”
