I am a regular performer in the Philadelphia, Longwood, Delaware, and New Jersey areas with the Glenn E. Williams Trio. Past and current performance venues include, but are not limited to, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Union League of Philadelphia, Chris' Jazz Cafe, Va La Vineyards, and many more. My current and former teachers include some of Philly's best; including, John Swana, Tony Desantis, and Matt Gallagher. My performance experience includes, but is not limited to, jazz combo, big band, musicals, church services (weddings, funerals, holidays, etc...), chamber brass groups,funk, and rock.

John has been playing trumpet for 15 years and has performed in a wide variety of genres, including musicals, big band, jazz combo, church services, weddings, latin, funk, and gospel.
