Pat Judy

An Ohio native, Pat has spent 46 years in the music business, the last 23 years in Door County, Wisconsin working and entertaining in a variety of settings. A percussionist and vocalist by trade, Pat has performed in many local and regional musical groups including Big Mouth and the Power Tool Horns, The Amnesians, and Mid-Life Crisis as well as The Off-Center Jazz Band, PJ and The Martinis and numerous other jazz groups. Pat also plays with Memphis String Ace Eric Lewis and Friends when Eric is in Door County and is the drummer on ‘Doc’ Heide’s CD Peaceful Kingdom. But it was in Ohio that he got his musical career in full swing, playing with The Mark III, The Jamie Davis Trio, and with Bryan Olsheski’s father Mike and mother, Louise Salvadore. Pat also began to do pit work for musicals and in regional theatres for famous entertainers such as Bobby Vinton, Blackstone The Magician, Mitzi Gaynor, Bill Cosby and The Lettermen. In November 2007 Pat was honored to perform on the Jazz Cruise, a seven day Caribbean cruise totally dedicated to straight-ahead jazz. He was part of his life long friend and vocalist Jamie Davis’ quintet and also ‘jammed’ with many jazz greats and legends.
