The subtitle of Blues to be There, the Detroit-based Planet D Nonet's latest album (recorded in June and July 2022), is “A Salute to Duke Ellington." On four Thursdays in October (the 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st), Charlie Miller will conduct a live show over the internet from 1:00pm to 3:00pm CST. These shows will address any issues about music, playing music, the history of jazz, etc.
