A native of New York, Keith Pray has been performing professionally since 1989. His career has taken him from the West Coast to Europe and he has had the good fortune to play with the likes of Benny Golson, The Temptaions, Paul Anka and many other great artists.

Keith has extensive background in many styles of music from R&B to Jazz, Latin and many other styles. Keith has been living and performing in the New York City area for over seven years, performing with Ralph Lalama, Ray Vega, Mark Vinci, Gary Versace, The Harrold Williams Orchestra, The Kent Glenn Orchestra, The Alumni Big Band and many other bands in the area. With the release of his first CD in 2002, listeners have said Keith has the soul and energy of a young CANNONBALL ADDERLY. Now with the release of his latest CD One Last Stop Keith plans to be out supporting the record every chance he can.
Keith has developed his personal style through years of study and discipline. He has years of experience as both side man and band leader and has performed on dozens of CD's. His influences include Cannonball Adderly, Maceo Parker, Lockjaw Davis, Earl Bostic, Johnny Hodges, Jacki McLean and many others.
Currently Keith is collaborating with Guitarist Tim Reyes, Drummer Joe Barnaand Keyboardist Dave Solazzo in a organ driven project That emphasizes a fun, groovin' listening experience and ranges in style from hard swinging to funky grooves and everything in between.
