Ayo Awe Joseph is featured on Outbound Radio

Ayo Awe Joseph lives in Lagos Nigeria , West Africa . He is married with a daughter.

Ayo started his music career at the age of 18, while enlisted in the military.

He started his musical exploits as a trombonist with the Nigerian Army School of Music, having completed a course of instruction in the same institution.

"Since MAN has become the battleground for negative and positive forces, the influence of any of these will determine the output of an individual" hence my decision to join the positive force 'THE KINGDOM OF GOD'.

"Playing Jazz teaches self esteem and independence" 'TRUE', so says Jameys Aebersold,a Jazz music instructor.

As a Jazz music player, Iam also convinced that listening to jazz music backed up with lyrics of the Kingdom, will not only enhance self esteem and independence but bring forte a lifestyle of productivity and fruitfulness.

Ayo plays Jazz and blues rhythm in a variety of settings both within the church community and beyond.

His newly released CD, WHAT A FRIEND... is a toast of Jazz radio programmes.

Ayo Awe Joseph was a guest of RHYTHM & BLUES, a top Jazz programme of Rhythm 93.7fm radio station in Nigeria , he has been covered by both regional and national press.

There couldn'nt have been more on his newly relerased CD, WHAT A FRIEND. The music captures all the moods and reflexes of the Spirit life, the tracks are a sequential pathway to success. The titled track What a friend we have in Jesus sets the ton.e. The style of the music is unique, a traditional jazz piece, the music is dolce "tenderly sweet" it does not jump at you, it relaxes your nerves. A real medicine for our time, please enjoy it again and again!
