Bio:
Ludmila started playing piano from the age of 4. She was early considered to be a musical wonder child with her first compositions and public performances at the age of 8, before she even could write any notes.
As a little girl she was participating in a different music competitions and contests together with the older and famous musicians. In the 90's her music was regularly played abroad in TV and radio.
Most of the time she was living and performing abroad, also in Sweden, where in May 2003 she released her CD Forever, recorded together with Swedish saxophonist and the leader of XL Big Band Berndt Sjogren. Together with a Swedish singer Nilla Nielsen Ludmila recorded a few successful songs (Rainy Tuesday Song, Fire and Your Love is like a Waterfall).
She was also performing with a soprano singer Elin Svensson. They've recorded together a few songs (You are Always in My Heart, Eftertanke, Somna and Aldrig ensam mer). Ludmila was also performing with a saxophonists Victor Cehlin (Sweden) and Tomas Kremenak (Milan Svoboda's Prague big band).
At the moment she's living and composing in Prague, preparing a new music projects and a life performances.
Awards:
2002 - Rewarded an honorable mentioning for “Sunset
Moments” in the American John Lennon Songwriting Contest.
2003 - Awarded 1st place for the song “You are Always in My
Heart” for excellence and originality in composition in the
international instrumental contest (MusicContest.org,
Colorado, USA).
