Antonio De Lillis

Antonio sings Jazz with several bands performing on television and at numerous gigs, concerts, and festivals whilst holding down a career teaching jazz improvisation, scat singing, and contemporary vocal techniques.

Initially trained as a guitarist Antonio attended the most prestigious schools in Italy, C.P.M. in Milan, Università della Musica and Saint Louis College of Music in Rome, and The Licinio Refice Conservatory of Music in Frosinone, where he graduated with a first class degree in Jazz Music.

Beginning his career in '96 as a session singer, Antonio has collaborated with many international instrumentalists and has performed with the bands Animacustica, Francesco Saguto Sextet, The Antonio De Lillis Trio, The Antonio De Lillis Quintet and The Whimsy Sounds Vocal Trio.

Amongst his latest projects is the album “Antonio feat. Greg Burk”, with the astonishing piano player Greg Burk, Francesco Saguto on Guitar, Andrea Colella on Double Bass and Vincenzo Bardaro on Drums.

With over twelve years experience in vocal teaching, Antonio is available for individual and classroom lessons, workshops and masterclasses. He specialises in contemporary vocal techniques, vocal improvisation, jazz, pop and rock repertoire.

Antonio has a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Music and a level four teaching qualification. He is member of the British Voice Association.
