Dorian Wallace (b. 1985) is a composer, pianist, synthesist, writer, and teacher. His career has experienced a diverse musical palette including orchestral, chamber, avante- gard, jazz, free improvisation, classical dance, electronic, film, opera, hip-hop, and rock. He is Co-Founder/Artistic Director of TENTH INTERVENTION and Trystero, as well as Artistic Director of Dorian Wallace and His Big Band. He plays piano and keyboard in jam band, AmmoCake.
He is associated with superhero rock band, The JUSTICE Team, but no one is quite sure how.
Wallace began playing piano at age 4 and composing at age 7. He continued his studies at Kent State University under Sebastian Birch, Pat Pace, Tom Janson, Frank Wiley, and Chas Baker.
He has had pieces performed by and collaborated with such prestigious artists as The Cleveland Orchestra Piano Trio, Kathryn Alter, David Kulma, Hernando Bensuelo, Ayn Sof Arkestra and Bigger Band, Christopher Rudy, Bobby Selvaggio, Frank London, Jazz Rabbi Greg Wall, Bill Sallak, Romulus Mihalteanu, Joe Vitale Jr., Madison Cano, TrioDANCE Collective, and many more. He has had music performed all around the globe including New York City, NY, Bangkok, Thailand, Cleveland, OH, Paris, France, Mexico City, Mexico, Chicago, IL, and Los Angeles, CA.

As a teacher, Dorian specializes in many styles, from Baroque masters Bach and Vivaldi to contemporary artists such as Adams and Glass, to the heart of New Orleans with The American Song Book to contemporary jazz artist like Bobby Selvaggio, Dmitri Kolesnik and Ron Petrides, and in all styles of dance accompaniment, whether it be Ballet, Graham, Limón, etc. He is also an expert in electronic music and film music.
