Stuart Mindeman is an active performer based in the Chicago metropolitan area. A versatile pianist/keyboardist, Stuart is skilled in various styles of music, including Jazz, Pop, R&B, Classical, Salsa/Latin music, Gospel, and more. He has performed throughout Europe, North and Central America, and the Caribbean, and shared the stage with such names as Fareed Haque, Rodney Whitaker, Claudio Roditi, John Clayton, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico, and many others. Recently, Stuart performed at the 2011 Lotos Stuart Mindeman Jazz Festival in Bielsko‐Biala, Poland. He is also active in Chicago’s Theater community, musically directing for The Second City, among others. In addition to performing, Stuart maintains a private studio, and is on faculty at the Chicago Academy for the Arts.
