Terry Burrus

Terry Burrus, Talk Show Host/ Pianist/Producer was born in Brooklyn, New York and got his first traveling gig at the age of sixteen with singer Jean Carne and Charisma. During that time he was also playing with Jazz Fusion violinist Michael Urbaniak. Around his eighteenth birthday he was touring with singer Melba Moore and later on that year went on to tour with jazz fusion pioneer drummer, Lenny White. From the later 70's to the 90's he continued on and played with many in the jazz and pop world, Stanley Turrentine, Tom Browne, Lena Horne, George Benson, Phyllis Hyman, Stanley Clarke, Bobbi Humphrey, Larry Carlton, Gato Barbieri, Bill Withers, Angela Bofill, Ronnie Laws, Noel Pointer, Lionel Hampton, Ray Brown, and even was a keyboarder for Ramsey Lewis....
