Words by Bob Levy, Music by Jon Burr, Bob Levy, Harriet Goldberg & Krisanthi Pappas. Arranged by Jon Burr, jbQ Media. This CD featuring the songs of Bob Levy and his collaborators, builds on a new collaboration with songwriter and bass player Jon Burr, whom he met by chance in 2010 at The Iguana Lounge, joined by vocalist, Lynn Stein. Burr’s collaboration with Levy is kismet, adding sophisticated arrangements and composition to Levy’s feather-light lyrics. The cherry on the top is Stein, whose pure straight tone vocals, reminiscent of Irene Krall or Julie London, give each cut a sense of honesty and flair.
