Adam Bodine Trio Adam Bodine Trio

Out of Colorado, USA, The Adam Bodine Trio creates instrumental music with a postmodern attitude and energy that is positive, open-minded, professional and appreciative of its listeners and supporters. Most often categorized as jazz, their sound integrates a variety of genres and styles.

Led by pianist and composer Adam Bodine, this talented trio primarily showcases its young bandleader’s original compositions. Adam's song catalog is extensive, eclectic and it embodies a flexible framework for his spirited musical personality to shine. Bodine's band is also equipped with a massive assortment of cover material, including creative interpretations of choice standards, obscure classics, evocative theme songs and familiar pop hits.

Over the last four years, Adam has released three full-length original studio albums with his group: The Chauffeur (2009), Blue Mud (2010), and Up 'N Hear (2011). Recipients of acclaim locally, nationally and internationally, they continue to be acquired by fans and various distributive entities across North America, throughout Europe, as well as Japan. Even more, several tracks from these recordings receive steady airplay on terrestrial and satellite radio stations worldwide.

With that, performing live in front of a discernible audience finds The Adam Bodine Trio amplifying its artistry to spectacular dimensions. Their shows radiate a fun, playful presence and feature stellar musicianship, powerful dynamism, spirited improvisation and venturesome interplay. Always fresh and thoughtful in its song selection, every Adam Bodine Trio gig stages a production unto itself.

All About Jazz needs your support

All About Jazz & Jazz Near You were built to promote jazz music: both recorded and live events. We rely primarily on venues, festivals and musicians to promote their events through our platform. With club closures, shelter in place and an uncertain future, we've pivoted our platform to collect, promote and broadcast livestream concerts to support our jazz musician friends. This is a significant but neccesary effort that will help musicians now, and in the future. You can help offset the cost of this essential undertaking by making a donation today. In return, we'll deliver an ad-free experience (which includes hiding the bottom right video ad). Thank you.
