Andrés Vial

Andrés Vial (pronounced Vee-Al) is a pianist/composer based in Montreal.

From 2001-2004 Andrés studied with Bill Charlap, Buster Williams, Joe Chambers and Francesca Tanksley at the New School in NYC. He has recorded and/or performed with Peter Bernstein, Ingrid Jensen, Malika Tirolien (Bokanté/Snarky Puppy), Ivan Neville, Michael Blake, Corey Wilkes (Art Ensemble Of Chicago), Ethnic Heritage Ensemble, Bassekou Kouyate and Ngoni Ba, André White, Kevin Dean, Joel Miller, Al McLean, Adrian Vedady Quartet feat. Yannick Rieu, Gabriel Lambert, The Barr Brothers, Kalmunity Jazz Project, Amon Tobin, Katie Moore, Gamelan Giri Kedaton, Kim Zombik, Mira Choquette and many others.
