Brian E Harmon

Brian Harmon is an up and coming drummer from the Dallas area. His smooth grooves and driving hits show he is accomplished in many forms of music. He was born in Midland, Texas and raised in Dallas, TX. His formal training began in the Cedar Hill Band Program. During these years Brian earned honors such as All Region Jazz band, the Woody Herman Jazz Award and was a member of the award winning Surround Sound Winterguard.

Brian attended the University of Texas Arlington majoring in Jazz performance. He earned the Outstanding Soloist and the Outstanding Student award during his freshman year. Brian continues to strive for excellence as he performs with local artist such as The Tatiana Mayfield Quintet and The Nadia Washington trio. He also plays with Adonis Rose and the Krewe of Swing. Brian has not forgotten his roots in the church. He ministers with the praise ensemble at the Empowering Life Church International (E.L.C.I.), each Sunday morning. Look for him around the Metroplex, his performances are unforgettable.
