The Brubeck Brothers are the actual brother duo of bassist/trombonist Chris Brubeck and drummer Dan Brubeck, both sons of famous jazz pianist Dave Brubeck. Having performed with their father from an early age, the pair released their first album,
See How It Feels, in 1972. Although they are the featured performers in their group, the Brubeck Brothers are joined by guitarist Mike DeMicco and pianist Chuck Lamb. The Brubeck Brothers have released several additional albums, including
Second Nature (2000),
Intuition (2006),
Classified (2008) and
LifeTimes, released in 2012. The Quartet's most recent recording,
TimeLine celebrates the 60th anniversary of Dave Brubeck's historic 1958 State Department Tour, and has been receiving rave reviews and lots of radio airplay.
