Chris Zamora Chris Zamora

Chris Zamora’s musical influences and experiences span the globe, from Southeast Asia to Brazil to the Chicago jazz scene.

Chris’s passion for the guitar started at age 8 in the Philippines. That passion has allowed him to play with many of the world’s musical legends. A current lead guitarist for award-winning singer and actress Lisa Zane, Chris also played for African bassist / Musical Director Papa Noel Ekwabi, Jazz Violinist Noel Pointer, and Andrew Chuckerman, the Grammy-nominated musical director and keyboardist for Stevie Wonder, LeAnn Rimes and Rod Stewart.

Chris is a recipient of the Filipino American Hall of Fame Award for Music and currently Musical Director of the ethnic Filipino ensemble “SAMA-SAMA”.

He is also a member of The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).
