Recorded in Rio de Janeiro 2016, Dan Costa's debut album Suite Três Rios recaptures the essence of Brazilian rhythms, with shades of jazz and classical music, reflecting his mixed cultural background. He worked with musicians such as Jaques Morelenbaum, Ricardo Silveira, Teco Cardoso, Rafael Barata and Leila Pinheiro. The album was critically acclaimed by publications such as Downbeat and ranked highly in the iTunes charts. Skyness was recorded at Arte Suono, in Italy, in 2018 and features Seamus Blake, Romero Lubambo, Nelson Faria, Roberto Menescal and other artists.
