Daniel Warren Daniel Warren

Daniel “Dank” Warren was born in Tennessee under the strong influence of deep south gospel, blues, soul and jazz. He was soon taken under the wing of mentor and Memphis jazz pianist Donald Brown (Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers). Warren became known in the Tennessee and Atlanta jazz scene before relocating to New York City where he now resides. After many years on the New York scene, Warren founded audio production/composition company, Groovestrings.
