Danny Mitchell

Danny Mitchell is an accomplished jazz singer, with a thorough grasp of the "Great American Songbook". His influences range from Mel Torme, Sarah Vaughan, Frank Sinatra through Kevin Mahogany, Dianne Reeves, Diana Krall, Dee Dee Bridgewater, John Pizzarelli, etc.

He has worked many jazz venues, mostly in NYC over the past 20 years, and has lived in Pleasantville, NJ since 2011. Although his gigs in the South Jersey area has been limited (Phillipe Chin's in Somers Point, Kelsey's in AC, Sandi Pointe, LB One), he is looking to further establish himself in this area, including Philadelphia.

Dan has had the pleasure of performing with the Budesa Brothers, Andy Lalassis, Lee Smith, Tony Day, Ken Fowser, Chris Simonini, Tim Lekan, Robin Van Duzee, Joe Mancini, Lew London, Bob Mower among others in S. Jersey, as well as Esther Blue, Barry Bryson, Ray Monte, and many others in NYC.
