Anthony Ware

Jersey-born virtuosic saxophone master and composer Anthony Ware style is very versatile and unique, ranging from Hip Hop, Funk, R&B to Jazz and Gospel. He has conquered New York music scene and now performing all over the globe with his band Anthony Ware Coretet. Combining styles and genres, he believes that ‘you have to tell the truth of yourself, the history and the present to really do the art justice.’ Anthony could also be seen accompanying some of the world’s famous artists on tour such as Grammy Winner Dee Dee Bridgewater, trumpeter Theo Croker’s DVRK funk, Chinese pop artist Khalil Fong. Ware also features on many records topping the list with J. Cole’s 2016 platinum album “4 Your Eyez Only” – number-one record in the country selling up until 363,000 copies just in its first week. Ware himself says that he is very committed to the music and the culture, this is why whenever he gets time off touring worldwide or playing sets in the US he comes teaches music in several organizations including Jazz House Kids and Speak Music Academy sharing the love for music and his vast experience.
