Goran Delac

born in Zagreb, Croatia.

1986. – 1992.

studying piano at the age of eight in a elementary school for classical music in Zagreb

1998. – 2002.

went to study double bass in a Vatroslav Lisinski, classical music school in Zagreb

2002.

received a scholarship to attend the Los Angeles Music Academy (LAMA) learning from Ed Lucie, Jerry Watts, Hussain Jiffry, Lynne Davis and his musical idols (Victor Wooten, Matthew Garisson, Alain Caron, Ernie Watts, Leland Sklar, John Pena, Mike Stern, Frank Gambale, Alex Acuna...)

2004.

graduated and returned to his home town and began his professional career

2005.

became one of the founders of the Capo-Media Music production company, and also released his first solo CD "my music"

2006.

Recieved the Croatian Music Award for "best electric jazz bass player"

2007., 2008., 2009., 2010. and 2011.

nominated for Croatian Music Award for "best electric jazz bass player"

2011.

Recieved Porin award (Croatian Grammy) with his fusion band Hologram for best jazz composition

2012.

Recieved „Mega Muzika- Roland“ music award for outstanding contribution to Croatian music

Goran performed and recorded with many croatian and international artists:
