Jeff Robinson

Musician, playwright, and poet Jeff Robinson is based in the Boston area. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he also studies theatre at the Moscow Art Theatre Company. Robinson combines his experience with music, theatre, and poetry in the one-person play Live Bird, which focuses on the life of Charlie Parker.

Every Sunday night, the Jeff Robinson Trio accompanies poets at the Lizard Lounge in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The trio provides collective jazz improvisation, based on the rhythmic cadence of each poet, creating music that is truly unique to each performance.

Robinson also frequently performs with the Duppy Conquerors, a Bob Marley Tribute band, at The Precinct in Somerville, MA.
