Jonathan Ball
After law school and the bar exam, he played drums and percussion for a touring production of the Broadway musical Me and My Girl. Eight months and 83 cities later, Jon was back in Philadelphia. He continued to work as drummer and percussionist in Philadelphia and Atlantic City while embarking on his career as an attorney.
In addition to Jump City, Jon has played for numerous professional, community and school musical theater productions; showroom and lounge acts at Harrah's and Tropicana casinos; touring blues acts including Arthur Adams (Blind Pig), Chris Cain (Independent), Sydney Ellis (Black Wallet), Frankie Lee (Hi-Tone), and Lonnie Shields (Rooster); oldies acts including Danny and the Juniors, Johnny Tillotson, and the Marvelettes; Philadelphia blues and R&B acts including the late Frankie 'The Soulman' Alstin, George Bonds and the Blues Keepers, Brave New Blues, Deb Callahan Band, James 'Thunderbird' Ford, Ron Kraemer and the Hurricanes, and Wanamaker Lewis.
