Mike B Tucker

Mike B. Tucker is a native New Yorker who currently resides in Brooklyn, New York.

He has performed, recorded and shared the stage with numerous artist such as Joe Bataan (Latin), Chanda Rule, Donnie C, Dead Prezidents, Mike Brick and the Foundation, Letha, Lady Alma, Jaguar Wright, Cleve Douglas, Tony Romano, Ronnie Williams, Furley, Sweet Georgia Brown, Cats with Shades (Blues and Popular), Stafford Hunter to name only a few.

He is a graduate of The City College of New York (CUNY) and has had the honor to study with some of New York's greatest professional Bassist such as, Andrew Harkin (Prodigals, Joe Lieberman), Ron Jenkins (Anita Baker, Cher, Chuck Loeb), Jeff Andrews, (Mike Stern) Mike Richmond and currently David Finck.

During the summer of 1995 Mike Tucker successfully toured South America with the Latin-Soul Artist Joe Bataan and his Mestizo Orchestra.

Currently, he is performing with Furley, www.furley.net, an exceptional New York Jam Band and Cats with Shades a great New Jersey Classic pop band which are all currently touring the Northeastern States.
