FELLGUARD BIO

Based out of Murrieta, California, Fellguard captures fans who are craving a rock/metal sound reminiscent of past generations. (i.e. Iron Maiden, Queensryche, Dio, Megadeth, Stryper, Bruce Dickinson, ect.) combined with a new, neo-classical twist (i.e. Stratovarious, Kamelot, Edguy, Firewind, ect.) The fast growing appetite for quality rock n roll is filled by Fellguard’s hard-rocking yet melodic guitar sounds.

Right from the start Fellguard started getting recognized with their first gig, winning “First Place” at the City of Murrieta Battle of the Bands 2007 , and at the Inland Empire Music Awards taking home the prize for “Best High School Band 2008” where they were also nominated for “Best Live Band” and recently being nominated for a Hollywood Music Award in the Metal Category. Also being chosen as one of only 10 bands/artists nationwide to showcase at the Temecula International Film and Music Festival. Fellguard was featured in the June/July issue of 951 Magazine as one of the "51 To Watch in the Inland Empire". Fellguard has shared the stage with bands such as Black Tide, Doro, Trail of Tears, Unexpect, Oz Fox of Stryper, Souljourners and more, and has impressed people with their song writing capabilities as well as their professional demeanor and entertaining rock shows.

Fellguard brought their city together for a benefit concert to raise food and money for the Community Food Pantry of Murrieta, drawing hundreds of people as the organizers and headlining band. Oz Fox of Stryper made a guest star appearance at the concert playing 3 songs with Fellguard

Fellguard’s members include; JAKE PARKER, age 19, guitar/lead vocals. Jake has been playing guitar for 5 years. Recently taking guitar lessons from famed guitarist of STRYPER, Oz Fox, he also takes voice lessons from renowned voice coach Billy Purnell. DILLON BAKER, age 18, lead guitar. Dillon has been playing the guitar for 5 years, and is also taking lessons from Oz Fox of STRYPER. Jake and Dillon have known each other since birth and have actually been jamming together for more than five years. Both are dedicated musicians/guitarists with a love for rock n roll! MATT MURROW, age 19, is the bass player. He started playing bass a few years ago and is very talented. Matt has always been a fan a great rock music. His great showmanship helps bring Fellguard alive. CAMERON LUCKER, age 18, is the drummer of Fellguard. He started playing drums at a young age, and has a lot of experience playing live.
