"Godsticks creates a heavenly fusion out of some unexpected sub-genres -- jazz, pop, rock and funk -- to recall the best work of artists like Jeff Beck, Mike Keneally, Level 42, Peter Gabriel, Steve Vai and Steely Dan."
Bill Meredith, (JazzTimes and Jazziz magazines)
"Godsticks is smart, level-headed prog, forgoing angel-wings and flights of rhetorical fancy for a more focused, quirkier, even poppier groove - made that much cooler by the punchy fretless stylings of bassist Jason Marsh. Definitely worth a listen."
Bryan Beller, (Steve Vai, Mike Keneally, Solo artist)
