Jacinta Clusellas

Jacinta Clusellas is a guitarist, vocalist, composer and arranger from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her music brings together Argentinian Folklore and Jazz, in the context of songs influenced by landscapes, poems and literature from Latin America. She presents her compositions arranged for a 15-piece ensemble, which includes a rhythm section, strings and woodwinds, featuring a fusion of contemporary orchestral arrangements with experimentation and improvisation. After attending Berklee College of Music under the Latin American Tour Scholarship, she has been actively performing her original music in Boston, NYC, Chile and Argentina. On 2015, Jacinta Clusellas will be releasing her first album “El Pájaro Azul”, after being part of projects as a performer and arranger for Matthew Nicholl, Oscar Stagnaro, Javier Limón, Alejandro Sanz and A.R. Rahman.
