Jared C. Balogh

Jared C. Balogh is a musician/composer from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania U.S.A.. He is a part of the American Composers Forum, an artist curator on the Free Music Archive and a musician and publisher member of ASCAP (Preforming Rights Organization) . Balogh has performed on many instruments in recording studios and live performances with drums, acoustic/electric guitar, electric bass guitar, keyboards, vocals and many other ethnic percussions. The ideology that his music will always push boundaries of the mind, body and soul of himself, band members, collaborators and listeners is always a main goal of his when creating music. Music written by Balogh is manifested through improvisation, free form/intuitive or a thought out process using electric/acoustic instruments, processors or composing in notation on music programs. No genre of music is off limits for Balogh. Some notable net label/record labels Balogh has released on over the years are Surrism-Phonoethics (Germany), Enough Records (Portugal), Happy Puppy Records (Canada), WM Recordings (The Netherlands), Wombnet (England), Altered State Reflections (USA), Classwar Karaoke (England), Headphonica (Germany), Sirona Records (France), 45 Echoes Sounds (Russia) , Itsu-Jitsu (Ireland), Taped Rug Productions (USA) and Nowaki (France). Balogh has also collaborated with domestic musicians such as Hal McGee, Jack Wright, Ron Stabinsky, Zack Darrup, Igor Amokian (Chris Holland), Koobaatoo Asparagus (Mike Scott) and Charles Rice Goff III and international artists Lezet, Adam Pultz, Guillaume Gargaud, Jean Philippe Gomez, Sean Derrick Cooper Marquardt, Ernesto Bohorquez, and Dmah to name a few. Over the last several years, he has accumulated over 2 million Creative Commons music downloads of his music and his music has appeared in countless national ads, short films, Hollywood/Independent movies, animations, documentaries, educational videos, web commercials, performing arts, radio, podcast, video games, phone applications and more.
