Jarrett Gilgore

Jarrett Gilgore is a saxophonist, improvisor, and composer currently based in Baltimore, MD. He is a member of Talkshow, Jazz Lunch, Words Are Not Enough, Out of Your Head Collective, Ben Frock's Love Unit, Jaimie Branch's Bombshelter, Chris Pumphrey Sextet, and Triage. He performs in Baltimore, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and some other places in the United States. He is fortunate to have had opportunities to perform with Steve Swell, Andrew D'Angelo, Susan Alcorn, Dave Ballou, Frank Rosaly, Anton Hatwich, Jaimie Branch, Anthony Pirog, Adam Hopkins, Deric Dickens, Noah Jarrett, Toby Summerfield, John Dierker, and many other inspiring musicians. He has performed at festivals and venues including The Undead Jazz Festival, The West Oak Lane Jazz Festival, Artscape, The Hungry Brain, Philadelphia Art Museum, The Michener Art Museum, and the National Gallery of Art.
