Jeff Hawley

Jeff has performed with the Johnny Blas Latin Jazz Band (Ubiquity/CuBop Records), Maynard Ferguson, the California Avante-Garde Ensemble, Liparis Nervosa (Allcity Recordings), Tainted Flan, the Cabana Boys, Running With Scissors, Ron Powell, Dr. Joe Jewell, Michael Grodsky, Wayne Peet, Wayne Bergeron, the Tom Kubis Big Band and many LA area jazz greats. Jeff has played at Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, Montreux Jazz Festival, North Sea Jazz Festival, Monterey Jazz Festival, Playboy Jazz Festival, and the Reno Jazz Festival. His studio experience includes work with Tony Kaye (YES), Paul Freeman (Disney Productions), and Brian Yaskulka. Jeff was a featured artist at the Fullerton College Jazz Festival, Western States Jazz Festival, and the Monterey Jazz Festival at Sea. Jeff received three Downbeat Student Music Awards for his work performing, composing, producing and engineering the famed Fullerton College jazz bands. He was a founding member of the infamous Cabana Boys, produced by industry veteran, Dr. Greg Woll.
