Jeppe Zeeberg was born in 1988. His style is a personal, uncompromising blend of genres, based in jazz and free improvisation. His first album in his own name, It's The Most Basic Thing You Can Do On A Boat (2014) was called A beautiful, convincing proposal for how modern jazz or contemporary music may sound by All About Jazz. The Danish Arts Council honored the album with an award naming it one of the seven best Danish releases in 2014.
In 2017 his third album, The Four Seasons, was released – also to positive reviews. Canadian Textura Magazine wrote: It's impossible to know what the next piece will bring until it arrives, which is in itself something rare and worth celebrating. Whereas many a recording quickly lapses into predictability, Zeeberg's, which travels from Denmark to Memphis and New Orleans like it's the most natural thing in the world, offers one surprise after another.
