Kate Daniels

Although classically trained, Kate began her singing career covering Black Sabbath songs in a punk/new wave band The Mighty Dwarves. As an actor she sang in productions such as O! What a Lovely War, toured Anthony Minghella’s play ‘A Little Like Drowning’ in which she played the piano accordion, danced and sang She was founder of an all-woman Jump Jive band - The Blue Stockings and a member of jazz A cappella ensemble, Pocket Cabaret and now performs regularly with musicians such as John Etheridge, John Horler and saxophone player and clarinettist Tony Coe. She released her second album Atmospherics in 2014
